Ingredients
- 3 cups boiled sweet potatoes (best fresh)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients with electric mixer.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Spread inside.
- Top with topping
- Mix together and spread on top of sweet potatoes.
- Bake uncovered at 350* for 25 -30 minutes or until crispy.
