Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
Instructions
- Add cocoa to a large bowl. Whisk cocoa to make sure all clumps are removed and cocoa is smooth. Add sugar and milk to cocoa by adding 1 cup of powdered sugar alternating with a little milk at a time. After all ingredients have been mixed together; blend with hand mixer for 1 minute. Add vanilla and espresso powder and combine well. Frost cooled cake.
