Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Beat together butter and sugar, till light and fluffy. In a medium size bowl add bananas, buttermilk and eggs, combine until smooth.
- Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Add mixture into bananas. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
