Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 4-oz. jar stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sautéed
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
Instructions
- Coat chicken in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside.
- Sauté` onion and garlic in oil. Add chicken and brown on both sides.
- Add rest of ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour, or until tender.
- If desired, thicken sauce.
