Ingredients
- 3 apples, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel, core and slice apples. Place apples in casserole dish with the butter, sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top. Put casserole dish in oven to soften apples and melt butter; about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt together. Add flour mix till smooth. Remove apples from oven and pour egg mixture on top. Bake pancake till brown and puffed, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm
