Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (or 2 bunches fresh)
- 2 cups sliced cooked chicken (or 3 chicken breasts cooked and boned)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Topping
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Put into bottom of greased 11x7-inch casserole. Put chicken on top. Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
