Ingredients
- 8 Slices white bread
- 6 slices ham, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 can cream of Mushroom soup
- 1i2 cup milk
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Butter bread; put buttered side in bottom of greased casserole dish. Cover with ham. Top with grated cheese.
- Beat together eggs, with 2 1/2 cups milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over ham. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with the 1/2 cup of milk. Pour over casserole.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
