Ingredients
- 1 pkg. small macaroni shells
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 green onions white and green part, chopped
- 1 can shrimp, drained
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Instructions
- Boil macaroni shells in salted water: drain and cool.
- Add salad dressing, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and onion.
- If you leave salad in the fridge for a while before serving, the macaroni will soak up the dressing. Don't be afraid to add more, if needed.
- Fold in shrimp; green pepper and cherry tomatoes.
