Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic. minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, minced
- 5 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 cup milk
- Splash of red wine (opt)
Sauce
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed firm
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients for meatloaf. Put into loaf pan and smooth top.
- Mix together all ingredients for sauce and pour on top of meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
