Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar, plus extra to taste
- 3 cups carbonated water
- 1 1/2 cups light rum
- 1 cup juice from 8 limes
Instructions
- Using a muddler or wooden spoon, muddle (crush) the mint and sugar in a pitcher until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the water, rum, and lime juice and season to taste with additional sugar. Pour the mixture over ice and serve.
